The Long’an County Sanitary Landfill spans 239.9 acres, located 4.5 km northwest of the county center near Xining Village, Chengxiang Town. Designed for 120 tons of daily waste disposal, the landfill employs a layered progressive filling approach for efficient waste containment.

To enhance leachate management, the facility initially implemented a 100 m³/day treatment system using a biological treatment + nanofiltration + reverse osmosis (RO) process. An additional 200 m³/day leachate treatment unit was installed to improve treatment capacity and operational efficiency.
